King County Surplus Auction - May 20, 2017 - 3005 NE 4th, Renton, WA

On-Site Preview: Thursday/Friday, May 18th/19th - 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Sale Day 8 a.m. until auction begins at 9 a.m.

Register on-line or at the auction site. On-line registration will be available through 6 p.m. PST, Friday, May 19th. Bid cards will be available in the auction office. Unable to attend the live auction but want to bid? Call the auction office prior to Friday, May 19th by noon to see what arrangements can be made. NO BIDDING ON-LINE.

- NO BUYER'S PREMIUM - Tax will be charged where applicable.

Payment must be in the form of cash, certified check or cashier's check. (Per RCW 36.34.060 and King County Code 4.56.110). No equipment will be released and no titles issued until payment in the form of cash, certified check or cashier's check has been made in full. Personal or business checks are accepted as a promissory note only, and must be redeemed by cash, certified check or cashier's check made out to King County Finance. Buyers must redeem their personal or business checks according to the following schedule: MONDAY, MAY 22ND, TUESDAY, MAY 23RD, & WEDNESDAY, MAY 24TH, 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., at auction site: 3005 N.E. 4th Street, Renton, WA. Buyer shall be expected to provide receipt of cash payment at time property is removed from auction site. All equipment must be paid for by Wednesday, May 24th and removed from the auction site no later than 4:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 24th.

All equipment shall be offered on an "AS IS, WHERE IS" basis without warranty or guarantee of suitability or fitness for the purpose for which it was intended. King County reserves the right to refuse any and all bids and the right to withdraw any items from the sale without prior notice. After the Auctioneer has sold a piece of property, it becomes the sole responsibility of the buyer. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide proper safety devices and equipment, licenses and permits necessary to meet all government safety standards and legal driving requirements. Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless King County against damage caused by the acts of buyer or any person acting at buyer's request or on buyer's behalf in connection with the dismantling or removal of property.
